Two announcement systems in one resource:
/anuncio— job-based banner that any business job (police, EMS, bakery, etc.) can send. Players press E to mark the sender's location on their GPS./evento— anonymous admin broadcaster styled as an emergency transmission. Players see the alert but not the admin's identity. If the admin is in a vehicle when sending, players track the vehicle live.
